For loading the dangerous goods in ships, packing the dangerous goods into containers or pre-washing the harmful substances in the cargo tank of the chemical tanker, the inspection of the surveyor authorized by the government is required.
By carrying out these surveys, we contribute to safety by carrying out of the inspection and the certification of ships carrying dangerous goods and prevention of marine pollution by the harmful substance from chemical tanker.

We are authorized by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in Japan to inspect and certify the dangerous goods being loaded on ship or stowed in freight containers according to the Ships Safety Law (based on IMDG CODE).

We are authorized by Japan Coast Guard to inspect and certify ship’s advance process to prevent harmful substances from polluting the maritime environments according to the regulations for the Control of Pollution By Noxious Liquid Substances In Bulk (Annex II) of MAPROL 73/78 International Convention and Japanese Laws.
